These terms govern your use of the website at postwright.ai (the "Site"), operated by Postwright Ltd (company no. 17339450, registered in England & Wales) ("Postwright", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational, pre-launch page for Postwright, a content-operations service for LinkedIn that is currently in development. No product or service is provided through the Site. These terms are not a contract for the future service; if you later become a Postwright customer, separate terms of service will apply.

2. Early access list

Joining the early-access list is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee access to the product, a launch date, particular features, or pricing. We may prioritise, limit, or close the list at our discretion, and we may contact you at the address you provided in connection with early access. You can leave the list at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Descriptions of Postwright on this Site are statements of intent about a product in development. Features, scope, and timelines may change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the Postwright name, logo, marks, icons, text, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation; Postwright is an independent company and this Site is not endorsed by or affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, probing or scraping it by automated means, submitting false or unlawful information through our forms, or using the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, our form provider). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
