Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
This policy explains how Postwright Ltd (company no. 17339450, registered in England & Wales) ("Postwright", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through the website at postwright.ai (the "Site"). The Site is a pre-launch page for Postwright, a content-operations service for LinkedIn. This policy covers the Site only; when our product launches, it will be governed by a separate, product-specific privacy policy.
We designed this Site to collect as little data as possible. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no advertising or tracking technologies.
1. What we collect
Early-access (waitlist) sign-ups. If you request early access, we collect the information you submit: your email address and, optionally, the number of LinkedIn profiles you manage (a range you select) and, optionally, your team type. Providing this information is voluntary.
Correspondence. If you email us at info@postwright.ai, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
2. Why we collect it, and on what legal basis
We use waitlist data to contact you about Postwright's early access and launch, and to prioritise access by fit. The legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time. We use correspondence data to respond to you, and server logs to keep the Site secure — both on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated decision-making with legal effects. We will not add you to any list other than the one you signed up for.
3. Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to operate the Site: Formspark (Zettabyte Pte. Ltd., Singapore) receives and stores waitlist form submissions (privacy policy: formspark.io/legal/privacy-policy); Zoho Corporation provides our email service; and Namecheap, Inc. provides website hosting. Each processes data only on our instructions. Where a provider is located outside the UK/EEA, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you withdraw, or until early-access onboarding is complete, after which the list is deleted — and in any case no longer than 24 months from collection if the product has not launched. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for short, rolling periods.
5. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example, to leave the waitlist, email us or use the unsubscribe link in any message we send). To exercise any right, contact info@postwright.ai. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, your national data protection authority.
6. Children
The Site is directed at business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
